Join us for a family celebration of “Sukkoth”, the Lord’s Feast of Tabernacles

Sukkah: A sukkah booth should be flimsy and shaky in order to symbolize this principle: Abraham trusted God, and when God told him to leave home and go away to another land, which he promised to give him, Abraham obeyed. The Israelites stayed in tents once the Lord freed them from Egypt symbolizing their trust in God to provide and lead them to the land he had promised them, rather than build permanent dwellings in the desert. As we celebrate Sukkoth, we should be reminded that this same faithful God watches over our lives, He built his habitation with us, through the giving of His Holy Spirit. This is also a reminder that material things are temporary but God’s love and strength is lasting.
